When will my order arrive?

Only customers within the continental US can place an order. Orders received by 2PM are shipped the day they are received, except weekends & holidays. All orders are shipped UPS ground. Refer to the UPS chart below to determine when your package will arrive. Do not count the day that the order is shipped, weekends or holidays. If you need your item sooner, air freight is available. Any orders to be shipped air must be placed by phone. Air freight is expensive and is not always available in your location. Free shipping does not apply to air charges.

The chart below shows shipping charges that will be added to your order. Insurance charges of $.60 per hundred will be added to all orders regardless of dollar amount.

How do I return an item?

Call 1-800-370-0970 within 15 days of receipt of merchandise & request an RGA#. Package your unused, unworn merchandise in a sturdy shipping carton, enclose a copy of your invoice, write the RGA# clearly on the box and return to the street address on your invoice via UPS or Fedex. Items not received within 30 days of invoice date will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items received 45 days or more after invoice date will receive no credit. Items that have been used in any way will receive no credit. There are no returns for broken zippers. Items sent by US Mail will be refused.

Inspect your items upon receipt for any defects. This includes broken zippers or tears in garments. If there is any problem discovered upon receipt of product contact us immediately at 1-800-370-0970 and we will get the problem resolved. Any item that has been used, worn or washed is not returnable for any reason. This also includes broken zippers or torn gloves. Items that are returned are inspected before credit is issued.
